Instagram Video File format
Instagram Video File Format
Firstly, don't try and upload huge videos, whatever is downscaled to an optimum size of 1080 pixels (height can be anything, square or otherwise), so posting ultra-HD videos (or videos with a really high bitrate) is meaningless.
We transcode the video after you post it, so it will take a bit longer for you to publish a video documents than it does for a photo file. That allows you see a sneak peek of exactly what the video that we will post will certainly look like by clicking the video symbol/ thumbnail on the blog post.
Anticipate videos to take quite a while much longer compared to images to in fact publish at your scheduled time and date. This is due to their relative filesize when we publish it to Instagram.
How much time can your videos be?
Instagram limits videos to 60 seconds, so see to it your video is 60 seconds or less or it will be cropped immediately (see Instagram assist file).
Exactly how short can your videos be?
videos need to go to least 3 secs long or Instagram will not allow us publish them (see Instagram assist record).
Thorough video specs
Videos don't need to be to the below spec: however we recommend that if you're outputting video files especially for the objective, keep them close!
-Structure Dimension: maximum size 1080 pixels (height anything, although within the exact same ratios as photos).
-Structure Rate 29.96 frameworks per second (max 30fps, but need to be repaired, not variable).
-H. 264 codec/ MP4.
-5,500 kbps video bitrate (although Instagram may decrease this to 3,500 kbps when we upload it).
-AAC sound codec at 44.1 kHz mono (approximately 128kbps).
File dimension isn't especially restricted by Instagram, but we suggest keeping your videos under 50MB. Schedugram has a 150MB data dimension restriction when you are uploading files. For recommendation, a lot of 60 second videos uploaded to Schedugram are around 30MB.
