Facebook Thumbs Up Icon: Smileys on social media sites are a wonderful way of expressing a mood or emotion. You can reveal authorization or enjoyment on Facebook with the thumbs-up emoticon by entering (Y) on your key-board.

Action 1: Position your cursor

To create the thumbs-up symbol on Facebook, click the location where you want the icon.

Step 2: Get in the shortcut on your keyboard

Type the following in your keyboard: open parenthesis, the letter "Y" in caps, and afterwards closed parenthesis. Completion result must appear like this: (Y).

Step 3: Click Enter

Once you have entered the faster way, hit Enter on your keyboard. Your (Y) should be changed by the blue thumbs-up emoticon.
